Buti Yoga and Primal Flow merge together and in a fun and powerful practice, helping you RE-connect with the WILD and PRIMAL aspect of yourself. Through intuitive movement, dynamic, vinyasa-style flow and static yoga asana, we will integrate the fluidity and receptivity of the feminine energies alongside the strength, structure, and clarity of the masculine. Finally, we will allow the energy to move through our bodies and close out our practice in stillness with an extended savasana (and optional hands-on touch and assists). A movement of freedom and self-confidence, this class will help free you from the mindset that tricks you into believing you are only worth loving WHEN (insert ever changing, frustrating, negative measurement here).
