Learn to meditate with Ayya Yeshe, who will cover the basics of meditation. Attendees will learn meditation through guided meditations, talks, and personal guidance. Find out how meditation helps reduce stress, develop focus and tranquillity in the mind, deal with difficult emotions and negative thinking, and bring greater clarity and joy to your life.

About the teacher: Ven Ayya Yeshe is the Abbess of Bodhicitta Dakini Monastery Tasmania. She founded Bodhicitta Foundation India where she spent 13 years living in a slum helping poor woman and children. Ayya has been a nun 25 years and is non sectarian. Her main interests in the area of practice are Dzogchen, Engaged Buddhism and Dakinis.
Ayya is also a sacred chants artist and practices a fusion of Tibetan Buddhism and Theravada.
