Metta Centre is a non-profit organisation, pursuing charitable purposes that advance social welfare and peace within individuals, families, the community, and in the world. We offer free wellbeing courses, including free meditation and yoga courses. Classes organised by the Metta Centre are offered free of charge, with no strings attached. Inner peace and joy is priceless, and is the foundation for a peaceful society. How can we put a price on that?Metta Centre also offers its space for other organisations to run their events. Those organisations may charge a fee to cover their costs, and those fees will be advertised accordingly.
