Help protect yourself and your family from identity theft, deed theft, and other scams by joining AARP Ohio for a free paper shredding event and community resource fair, including free med disposal!
On Saturday, September 27, 2025, AARP Ohio will host its annual free paper shredding event with an on-site mobile shred truck in Parma, OH from 8:00 a.m. to noon This event will be held at St. Columbkille Parish and School, 6740 Broadview Rd., Parma, Ohio 44134.
Paper only. Please remove paper clips and metal binder clips in advance.
There is a three-bag or three-box limit per participant. Boxes will be emptied and returned to participants. Event ends at scheduled time or when the truck is full, whichever comes first.
Be sure to stick around to meet with various community groups working to make our community safer. Do you have expired or unused prescription pills you're looking to dispose of safely? Parma Police Department will be on site offering a prescription drug drop-off! Bring your unused medications (please note: no needles) to be safely disposed of.
