Tandem Instructor Course Registration Form
Tandem Instructor Course (minimum of 2 candidates). Course Fees are per person and includes 4 days + 1 weather day. Candidates should expect to pay for jumps tickets + rig rental + packing.
A minimum of 10 jumps are required to complete Phase 1 & 2 (minimum of 19 jump tickets). Rig rental will be $50-$60 per jump with rental agreement, packing is an additional $12-$15.
Course fee is $750, 4 days:
Includes theory, ground and air evaluation jumps. A minimum of 5 jump or the completion of Phase 1
Phase 1 includes 5 jumps; 1 tandem front ride, 1 solo jump + 3 additional proficiency jumps and must be done in the presence of an examiner.
Phase 2 is an additional 5 jumps and can be done with an experienced skydiver
USPA Instructor Course includes 4 jumps and can be done as part of phase 2.
The USPA rating fee is $60 and is payable upon successful completion of the course. The manufacturer rating fee is $60 and is payable upon successful completion of the course.
Total costs are approximately $1,950.
There is a $350 non-refundable deposit required to reserve a slot in the course. The deposit goes towards course fees and can be paid via Venmo.
Recurrency Training is $350 per person + jumps tickets + SIGMA rig rental + packing. This will take 2-3 jumps and can be completed in 1.5 days.
Crossover Training from SIGMA to EvoTD is $100 per person, min of 4 candidates, + jump tickets, rig rental, and packing. This will take 2 jumps and can be completed in 1 day.
*Course fees for 1 on 1 is $1,100 and is based on availability. Travel fees are paid for by the candidates. A $25 discount is applied when signing up for multiple course
