This discussion will enable us to see each other not just as people, but as individuals with love, anxieties, aspirations, fears, and passions like our own. This in turn allows us to build nurturing friendships. We will explore how to effectively communicate feelings, the art of validation, and navigating conflict with the goal of developing supportive relationships.
