Join us for a guided yoga experience at Sprinker Recreation Center (Alder Room)

This session is designed to cater to all levels of experience so if this is your first yoga session we encourage you to join us. Just be sure to *bring your own yoga mat*

Engage in a 45 minute yoga session led by a yoga instructor and enjoy mingling with neighbors and fellow yoga enthusiasts!
