Farmers and land stewards: come to the New Moon Community Homestead for an inspiring ecological farm tour and summer social networking!
This year’s tour highlights how local farmers, the Ausable Bayfield Conservation Authority, and ALUS Middlesex are working together to care for the land and water:
✅ See erosion control projects in action
✅ Learn about a new one-acre wetland
✅ Check out a manure runoff collection pond
✅ Learn about a new 20-acre tall grass prairie being planted with ALUS support
