Join us for an hour where our main focus will be on teaching and dropping into mindfulness and de-stressing. This will be done utilizing crystal sound bowls, breathing exercises, movement, and meditation methods. This event is an extreme discount from normal sessions but will be filled with the intention to release stress&tension. Proceeds will benefit a female sports team at Conemaugh Valley. You need no experience to be at this event! Bring your friend, little, significant other, or the entire family for a magic evening!
