Join us for Yoga of 12-Step Recovery (Y12SR), a monthly gathering designed to support your journey to recovery and well-being. This unique offering blends the wisdom of 12-step principles with the healing power of yoga, creating a safe and supportive space for growth, self-discovery, and connection.
