Pole Flow at The Wellness Loft

Join us for an awakening experience within Pole, where we focus on more slow movement with pole spins and the connection between mind, body, and spirit with a sensational take within each move. In this class we will be working between movements on the pole and a mixture of transitions and floor work in a lyrical performance using both static and spin pole. Perfect for anyone who’s attended ‘Pole Elemental’ or any 4 week program, a great drop-in class to touch up on your level 1 fluidity.
