Ecstatic Dance at The Wellness Loft

Ecstatic Dance is a freeform, non-verbal movement practice where participants express themselves through dance without choreography or judgment. Within the safe and supportive container of The Wellness Loft, you’ll be invited to release accumulated emotions and stress, reconnecting with your innate and sacred senses of joy, playfulness, and creativity.
Please note the location: The Wellness Loft is located at 298 Lubeck Road, Parkersburg, WV. Above Lillie's Childcare Center.
Join us every 3rd Saturday, December 20th. January 17th, February 21st. 6:00-7:30pm. $15 per person.
