Back to School: Tools for Transitions

✏️🎒 Back to school is around the corner, and we’ve got your backpack and your nervous system covered!

We’re teaming up with our friends at STAR Institute to support sensory health and help kids and parents start the school year with calm, confidence, and a little creativity.

🎨 Kids can make their own fidget keychains and emotion sensory bottles
📚 Grownups get a take-home packet full of OT-informed tips for smoother mornings and after-school transitions
💛 Everyone walks away with tools to support regulation and connection as the school year begins
