Summer Solstice: A Michelin-Star Dinner

Revel in the Bavarian Bergfeuer tradition and celebrate the longest day of the year with a flame-to-table dinner series in partnership with Chef Klemens Gold, renowned Michelin-star, and Michelin Green-star, chef and owner of the acclaimed Austrian restaurant RAU, located in seclusion beside Kalkalpen National Park in Austria.

Chef Gold is forging his own path, where every course tells a unique story, inspired by experiences found in nature. With the aim of bringing the spirit of the wild to the table, both a feast for the eyes and a savor for the senses.

Enjoy a menu that tells a truly captivating story, featuring ingredients sourced from local farms and purveyors—and in some cases, foraged by Chef Gold himself throughout the Wasatch Range.
