Winter Solstice Meditation + Soundbath

Come recharge the soul with a relaxing evening of meditation + sound healing. This event is held a few days before the Winter Solstice and will give you a deep feeling of calm, rest, and stillness.

The Winter Solstice leads us into winter and is the shortest day of daylight, preparing us to slow down, go inward, and let our bodies rest. Let this event support that or simply give you an evening to pause and receive.

Bring your own mat and blanket/pillow for comfort.

Held at Deering Memorial Community Center in South Paris next to Paris Library.
