Rest & Reset - Yin Yoga & Sound Bath Workshop

Ready to melt away the stress of the week?

Join myself and Justyna on Friday 25th July, 6–8:15pm at Saint Radigunds Church, Albany Road, Capel-le-Ferne for a deeply restorative Yin Yoga & Soundbath Workshop — the perfect way to slow down, soften, and reset before the weekend.

We'll begin with 50 minutes of gentle Yin Yoga to release tension and open the body, followed by a guided breathwork session and a crystal bowl sound bath to soothe your nervous system and invite deep rest.

� No experience needed — just bring your body, breath, and an open heart. �

We'll close the evening with tea, light snacks, and a moment of calm to simply be.
