Lower Back, Hips & Nervous System Reset.
A gentle yoga & somatic movement session.
Feeling tight through the lower back? Stuck in the hips? Carrying stress in your body?
For many of us, ongoing stress shows up physically - especially around the pelvis, hips and lower spine. This two-hour session is designed to help ease those patterns through slow, supportive movement and nervous-system-friendly practices.
On Saturday February 22nd, I’m offering a yoga and somatic movement session with a focus on restoring ease, support and awareness in the lower back, hips and pelvis.
Floor-based, gentle movement with long, comfortable holds and simple joint practices. We’ll move slowly, with plenty of pauses to feel, breathe and reduce unnecessary effort.
(Suitable for beginners, as long as you’re able to get up and down from the floor unaided.)
Guided somatic awareness and breath practices to help settle the nervous system and reconnect with a sense of internal support-without requiring complete silence.
An extended, supported resting practice to allow everything to integrate and settle.
This session will be offered again in April for those who’d like to return or who miss this one.

Time: 9.30 –11.30am (please arrive a little before 9.30 so we can begin on time)
