Join ambassadors Ryeong & Chelsea for a community sweat featuring a warm-up, run or power walk, and an in-store bodyweight workout.

About this Event

Kick off the new year strong by moving together! Our community sweat, hosted by ambassadors Ryeong and Chelsea, begins with a warm-up stretch, followed by a run or power walk to accommodate all levels. We’ll wrap up with a bodyweight workout on the floor. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and be part of a supportive, welcoming community. All are welcome!

BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat)

Doors open at 8:15am, class begins at 8:30am. Check in with your name upon arrival.
