Functional Fitness at Van Saun County Park
Healthy Bergen, powered by the Community Health Improvement Partnership (CHIP), is pleased to announce the 2025 spring schedule for free yoga and fitness classes for Bergen County residents ages 18 and older throughout May and June in collaboration with the Bergen County Department of Parks, Bergen County Department of Health Services, Englewood Health, Bergen New Bridge Medical Center and The Valley Hospital.
Classes are free and open to the Bergen County public. Registration is not required, but preferred, and can be done online at https://www.healthybergen.org/getfit. If the class is full, walk-ins are welcome. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class.
Classes are weather permitting.
