About this tour:
Enjoy our unique kayak tours with an experienced wildlife guide. We avoid the crowds and have the whole park to ourselves. Only through us, you can enter Peperpot Nature Park after opening hours. Kayak through the Peperpot Nature park in daylight and the guide will tell you all about the flora and fauna of the area. Around sunset we will be at the bird tower for a short break and as soon as it has become dark we will hike a bit and then kayak back the same way. The world now looks very different and we can discover other animals than during the day!
Our experienced and specialized wildlife guide will navigate you through the park. We will share our knowledge about the nocturnal wildlife, plants and trees and other information of the area! After the kayaking & hiking we will sit together with a snack and a drink and talk about the things we have seen!
Wearing trousers and closed shoes or boots is required as the paths will get muddy during rainy season. Boots will be provided by us.
Start time: We gather at 16:15 near the entrance of Peperpot Nature Park. As there are 2 starting points, we will share the location where we meet at least a day before the tour.
End time: We will be back around 23:00
For the tour you will need to bring the following:
- Trousers
- Closed shoes or boots*
- (Head)light*
- Bottle of water
- Poncho
- Mosquito spray
- Camera
After the tour we will provide a drink and snack. We would advice you to eat before the tour and bring a snack for during the tour.
*You can borrow boots or/and a (head)light from us if you don't have your own.
