Join our immersive, inclusive practice of self-care where we explore yoga-based movement blended with simple tools to nurture your nervous system. Gentle breathwork and guided imagery are infused throughout, cultivating calm, clarity and connection.
You'll be invited to awaken awareness and collaborate kindly with your body, tailoring movements to support strength, flexibility, breathing and balance. We'll journey together, allowing stress and tension to melt away.
Anchoring into deeper ease, embodiment and equilibrium can open the way for you to feel and move with greater comfort, confidence, and freedom. This also amplifies your ability to feel and be more present and integrated in the here and now.
All experience levels are welcome, including beginners. You're encouraged to start from where you are and participate in a way that feels honoring and enjoyable for you and your body. We expand our soulful wholeness, creating room for more lightness, joy, love, and authentic homecoming.
This offering reflects Suzanne's life's work: fostering nourishing spaces that inspire healing, regeneration, and harmonious synergy—body, mind, heart, and spirit.
Program Notes: Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and bring a yoga mat. This is a gentle movement class with options for customization, but participants need to be able to get down and up from the floor and be medically cleared for movement.
Fee: $90 for 6 week session. Pre-registration required.
