Free Community Concert at Paradise Valley UMC: Foxes, Wine & Wheat

Join us for an evening of vibrant and thought-provoking music as Michael Torke’s Psalms & Canticles takes center stage. Drawing on the powerful texts of the Psalms, Lamentations, and the Song of Solomon, Torke brings ancient words to life with his signature rhythmic energy, warm harmonies, and luminous orchestration.

This modern work features celebrated soloist LaRiche Lamar and conductor Charles Zoll, leading an 18-piece orchestra through music that is both uplifting and deeply expressive.With a fresh and compelling interpretation of sacred texts, this concert offers a rich listening experience for both seasoned concertgoers and new audiences alike.

The concert is free, and no tickets are required. Donations are gratefully accepted.
