What does the workshop cover?
This is a great weekly Wednesday watercolour club commencing on the 17th September and runs each week from 10am to 12.30pm. It is a great opportunity for the more advanced painter who stills enjoys having a tutor there for group and individual guidance. It gives you the opportunity to gain tips and advice and is a great way to gain confidence in your work.
Each week you will work from images and compositions provided by your tutor. This will be typical of the season and have an emphasis on the quality of light, colour and texture. You can learn how to embrace and rectify mistakes, develop experimental painting techniques and expand traditional methods.
What do I need to bring with me?
Please ensure you bring your current watercolours, brushes and paper with you.
Who the workshop is suitable for
This is a good course for those who have completed our beginners watercolour course, workshops and have experience using watercolours and now want to consolidate what they have learnt and find their own style. Its great for those who have a good level of understanding of watercolours but want the social aspect and support from a tutor.
Who the workshop is run by
We have a very talented watercolour artist teaching our groups, Jennie.
