What does the workshop cover?
Join us for a woolly foray into needlefelting with wool sculpture artist Michelle Hickman of Furzie. Michelle has many years’ experience teaching needlefelting and has also published a book on the subject.
Sculpt a duck using just wire, wool and special needles – although there is no sewing involved and all the details are created from wool, with no glass eyes or beads. Your finished model will be around 7 inches in height, an Indian Runner Duck with wings folded.
Join a workshop to learn essential techniques and practical tips under Michelle’s expert, friendly guidance and marvel in that magical moment when the wool comes to life.
