Saturday Reiki Rest and Release Circle

Take a pause before the week begins. This gentle, two-hour experience is designed to help you reset—mind, body, and spirit—in a small, welcoming group. We’ll open with a grounding ritual to connect with the elements (earth, water, fire, air), then ease into guided meditation and group Reiki to support deep rest and release.

Expect calming energy, light movement or journaling, and time to reflect. Herbal tea will be waiting afterward, and you’re welcome to share or simply sit in stillness.

Led by Luba Carlson, Reiki II and Holy Fire® III practitioner with Ukrainian healing roots, this is a space to breathe, restore, and return to yourself.
