This year, we are proud to partner with 50 Mile March for Suicide Prevention Month. To support this important cause, we’re hosting a Donation Class on:

How to donate:
Please bring cash or check and hand it to one of our amazing staff members at the studio.

If you can’t make it to the class but still want to support, we welcome free-will donations of any amount — just stop by the studio and drop off your contribution.

Let’s come together as a community to raise awareness, offer support, and make a difference (This event will be open to both members and non-members.) 💙
