In the quiet of an ordinary evening, you are invited to pause. To reconnect with your breath, your body, and the part of you that remembers how to feel safe, steady, and present.
This 30-minute circle is a gentle space for grounding and renewal.
We’ll take a few moments to settle in, followed by a short reflection on the root—what it means to feel truly grounded, and how our foundational energy supports every part of our healing.
You’ll learn a few simple rituals and daily practices to help restore balance and clarity when the world feels heavy.
Then, I’ll guide you through a 10-minute grounding experience supported by Reiki, followed by a brief space for quiet questions and closing.
Please note:
– This gathering will not be recorded.
– You must register through the Google Form (ticket link) to receive the private Google Meet link.
– Because of the nature of the session, I will not be admitting anyone who arrives late.
This is a soft return to yourself. You don’t need to bring anything, just come as you are.
Registration closes 1 hour prior to the event which is when the link will be sent out to the email you provide in the registration form.
