Join us on a Yoga retreat to rejuvenate the senses, calm the mind and infuse the body with spirit. This will be a 3-day journey of exploration to provide insights into the 5 senses that shape our reality. By guiding the senses inward, we begin to notice the little miracles that make us who we are.
Our senses are tools to perceive the world around us and we can enhance the way we use them. By increasing our awareness of the inner world we can take the necessary steps to change how we see the outer. One sense at a time!

With a mission to inspire people to live with love and light, Derek will take you on a dynamic yoga journey to awaken your spirit. He has received training in Ashtanga Vinyasa in India and Hatha Yoga in England.
🧘♀️Elena Malactou - Flowithin
A yoga teacher that promotes physical and spiritual alignment and helps you transition into a fluid practice. Elena has received training in Hatha, Ashtanga and Yin Yoga in Cyprus and Greece. She is also a certified 300hr Meditation instructor.
🌬️Special Guest: Antonia Michalakakou
Antonia has the gift to take you on a sacred journey within, through sound and vibration that offers deep relaxation and inner peace. Antonia has received her training in Scotland on MSc Music Therapy and Sound Healing in Barcelona.
