After last month practice we decided to have this class once a month, as a reminder for the body to relax, unwind and renew.

Yoga Nidra stimulates the body’s relaxation response, allowing both Body and Mind to deeply refresh and recharge, in a relatively short amount of time.

Yoga Nidra is being used to reduce and address
▪️Stress ▪️Anxiety ▪️Insomnia ▪️dysregulated mood and emotion ▪️chronic pain ▪️autoimmune diseases.

Alongside it’s physical benefits, Yoga Nidra has the potential of creating a meaningful mindset shift, through the use of *SANKALPA* - a positive statement which is used during practice to create a positive change in one’s life.
