I invite you to a beautifully nurturing & gentle Yin Yoga Evening with candles, essential oils and sound healing in The Healing Space, Paphos.
Experience timelessness, tranquillity and a deep sense of connection with the whispers of your heart.

YIN YOGA teaches us to surrender, to let go and to love ourselves as we are. It teaches us to live in harmony with the way of the universe.
YIN YOGA is a quite, contemplative practice, which works deeply into our body with long -held, passive, floor poses. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer. Using different kind of props (bolsters, cushions, blocks and blankets).
YIN YOGA targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues - ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body - rather than the muscles (which are the physical focus of a more dynamic and invigorating `Yang` yoga practices).
Energetically, Yin Yoga opens the body’s meridian system, which enhances the body’s energetic flow and supports emotional equilibrium.
And as this practice emphasizes stillness and silence, Yin Yoga prepares both the body and the mind for deeper experiences in meditation.

I am Dora Nemes, a Hungarian Yoga Teacher\ Therapist ( E- RYT500) , Sound Healer and doTERRA Wellness Advocate.

I believe that true depth is found in Simplicity. My teachings are rooted in mindful, accessible practices that honor the essence of yoga — offering a space where less becomes more and where  students can reconnect with themselves in a natural and gentle way.
