The Magic of the Mindful Pause Autumn Retreat

A 7 night, 5 day retreat in a hillside location just 30 minutes from the coast in the stunning Paphos region of Cyprus.

Together we will practice the magic of mindfulness to nourish, restore and reawaken present moment awareness.

Calling in all the healing elements of nature, visiting beautiful soulful venues and locations which will inspire us to meditate, move, relax, eat, connect and grow together. Not to mention encountering the most wonderful Cypriot hospitality.

Our base will be at a traditional Cypriot village within authentic houses 🏘 available to us exclusively.

We will walk on the sand, swim in the sea, hike in the hills and explore the Akamas Peninsula, a place of much natural beauty; visit the Old Town of Paphos full of character & charm, weaving in mindfulness to open up and rejuvenate all of our senses.
