The Fabric of Play @ Sir Edmund Hillary Library, Papakura.

The fabric of play is a sensory play experience, where kids get to be active and creative with handcrafted loose parts made with repurposed materials.

The Fabric Of Play offers an open ended environment that is by nature a gentle quiet space to explore textures, shapes, sounds, weights and colours to name just a few. Children also naturally learn how to play alongside others and collaborate their ideas in a fun and inviting environment.

The play suits pre-school children into primary school age, although older children also do have fun exploring the creations and I will also have an art activity running along side the play.

The play will be available from 10.30am - 2.30 pm and you are welcome to pop in and out and bring books from the library to read in the play session.
