This event covers Stream 2 of the ABACUS workshop series, running from February to June. Workshops are delivered monthly and follow the same learning sequence as Stream 1. The only difference is the dates.

About the ABACUS workshops
ABACUS workshops are practical, skills-focused sessions designed for people with lived experience who are interested in strengthening confidence, communication, and capability in helping, peer, or support roles.

• Your place is not confirmed until we contact you
• This is an in-person workshop series
Eligibility
• Lived experience of emotional distress or harm from alcohol or other drugs
• Live in the Counties Manukau health region
• Aged 18–65
