Relaxation and Kirtan
Relax and Rejuvenate Saturday Night
Join us at the Old Central School Hall in Papakura for an evening of Deep Peace Meditation and Kirtan.

Enjoy gentle stretches, guided breathing, mindfulness, relaxation, and meditation - simple, ancient practices to restore balance and well-being.

Everyone is welcome.

Free vegetarian / vegan refreshments - GF option available
