Counties Classic's - Walking Basketball

Counties Manukau Sport are bringing this exciting opportunity to stay active, build friendships, and have fun through Counties Classic's – our Walking Basketball Program.

Program Overview:
Frequency: 1 session per week for 5 weeks
Duration: 60 minutes
Location: Bruce Pulman Park
Goal: To promote physical activity, balance, and social connection in a safe and inclusive environment.

Each weekly session offers:

Low-impact walking basketball (no running or jumping)
Gentle exercises to enhance mobility, coordination, and balance
A safe and supportive space for all fitness levels
Social time and refreshments following each session

Program Rates:
$250 per team (5–7 players)
$10 casual rate – perfect for individuals wanting to try it out
