Adults and older tamariki, join us for a fun workshop with one of our exhibiting artists...

SEW A MESSAGE WITH IVY WEIR
Saturday 19 July 11am – 1pm

Suitable for ages 12+

Sew a message, to someone special, to the world, for your home - or just for you!

Join Ivy Weir for a creative embroidery workshop exploring writing in various forms. Learn 2–3 different embroidery stitches, patchwork applique techniques, and how to use fabric stamps to sew your message onto fabric.

- Materials Provided: A5–A6 cotton/felt
- Or bring old clothes or materials from home to personalise your piece.

At the end, you’ll have the chance to place your finished message in an envelope -send it to someone, or keep it for yourself!

Ages 12+, spaces are limited, please get in touch to book in.
