Join us for an experiential workshop about vegetable fermentation! We will have demonstrations, samples, and learn about best options for ingredients and equipment with time for questions. We will share a light meal celebrating veggie ferments and participants can take home fermented foods.

Chrys has been making vegetable ferments since 1972! She is a teacher and a chef - providing locally sourced, healthy, purposefully prepared meals focused on healthy digestive functioning for our community for years. Chrys will explore how the regular use of ferments will enhance your health, vitality, longevity, gut, brain, and immune system well-being.

REGISTRATION REQUIRED: $30 includes class, samples, and meal of fermented soup, bread, and pressed salads
