We are excited to announce the first class in our Preserving Traditions canning series! This hands-on workshop will introduce you to the basics of water bath canning, with a focus on making delicious homemade jams and jellies. Whether you're new to canning or looking to brush up on your skills, this beginner-friendly class will walk you through the entire process from prep to preservation.

Led by Chelsea Brewer from Purdue Extension, this workshop is offered in partnership with Orange County Food Trust, Orange County Community Gardens, and Lost River Co-op.
