Join us in person for a relaxing session that blends the calming and strengthening power of mindful movement through Pilates with meditation and mindset tips to support you in navigating menopause with ease.
This event aims to help you find a space of inner peace, connection and support .
Be supported and soothed on this journey with like-minded women.
Today's session also sensitively acknowledges mother's day this weekend, and the waves of emotion this can bring forward. For mother's we've lost, for the ways we've wanted to be mothered and supported - but haven't been, for the mother's we are (not just to children, but to friends, to employees and more) and for the mother's we are not and the emotion around these feelings.
Together you'll be guided through these emotions - and discover how this blend of mindful movement and mindset is also powerful for supporting yourself through menopause and peri-menopause. We aim to help you find a place of inner peace while moving your body gently - yet effectively.
Peace & Pilates is a monthly relaxation and movement session to restore a sense of peace to mind and body, and nurture your spirit away from your troubles, whatever your body is feeling like! You've heard of yoga and meditation, Liisa and Judy bring a fresh alternative: Peace and Pilates.
Whether you are new to meditation or pilates or an expert, this session has something for all to soothe away worries with movement and meditation and playful mindset activities.
Liisa has particular skill in supporting women recovering from injury to rediscover strength and help you to find ways to ease pain. Liisa will tailor each movement piece to your ability to gently stretch and awaken you from overthinking. Enjoy this peace to stretch, breathe, and unwind together!
Judy uses her skills in meditation, reiki and energy healing to help you find a space of peace in the busy-ness of your mind.
Together this session aims to help you find an inner power and an inner peace - you perhaps didn't realise was waiting for you!
