Join us on Saturday, August 2nd for SIP & STRETCH: a morning of movement and collaboration with Sage Boutique and Balance Yoga & Lifestyle. Afterwards, enjoy a FREE iced coffee from The Press as you shop and mingle in this beautiful space!

This all-levels-friendly flow class will be led by Libby from Balance Yoga & Lifestyle, and is the perfect way to move, unwind, and connect with yourself and the community. Please bring your own yoga mat.
