Max Meditation with Morgan

Come join us for Max Meditation with Morgan from Sacred Sol Wellbeing.
The Max Meditation system guides clients through 5 components:
- Relaxation
- passive meditation
- active meditation
- guided visualization
- soothing down.
This meditation was developed by Founder Gundi Gudnason, who opened the doors to the Modern Mystery School.
