Introduction to Incremental Development Lecture

The Panama City Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), with the support of Ward 2 City Commissioner Janice Lucas, is excited to announce a free public lecture, Introduction to Incremental Development, taking place Thursday, September 4, 2025, at the Barbara Nelson Fine Arts Center (1200 Harrison Ave). Doors open at 5:30 PM. The lecture will begin promptly at 6 p.m.

This initiative aims to rebuild and revitalize neighborhoods in the aftermath of Hurricane Michael through small-scale, community-centered development. By promoting incremental development strategies, such as renovating main street buildings or constructing duplexes, the program empowers residents and local developers to create sustainable, people-first communities.
