Pimento cheese, grilled sourdough, Castelvetrano tapenade, crispy shallot

Smoked Duck Breast
With country ham, pickled mustard seed, and local honey

Fondant Sweet Potato
Caramelized onion, smoked tomato aioli, white cheddar

Andouille & Gulf Shrimp Brochette
Red pepper rouille, chives, blistered bell pepper

Parisian Ham & Cheese Slider
Green Hill cheese, Dijon aioli, pickled okra
