CLASS SERIES: Intro to Handbuilding (Ages 16 & up)

Learn a new skill with us!

Join our pottery instructor Mary Kay and discover the art of creating with your hands in this beginner-friendly pottery class. In a relaxed and inspiring studio environment, you'll learn the fundamentals of hand building using techniques like pinch, coil, and slab construction. Whether you're brand new to clay or looking to reconnect with your creativity, this class offers a grounding, hands-on experience that invites you to slow down and explore the organic beauty of handmade forms. All materials and tools are provided-just bring your curiosity and a willingness to get a little muddy!

Once you have completed this course, you are able to utilize our open studio for hand building only. Please ask for more details on open studio!

*Wheel use is not permitted to students who have not completed the proper courses.*

Week One will consist of two back-to-back classes on Wednesday, September 17 and Thursday, September 18. All subsequent weeks will meet for class on Thursday only.
