Join Jenna of Serendipity Mind-Body Wellness during a fun night full of all the groovy vibes in an open level adult dance class! Break a sweat and have some fun as you stop on down to the disco this month to learn a step by step line dance styled, dance phrase to some fun 70s bops! Feel free to come as you are or dressed in your favorite 70s inspired outfit, we just ask to leave all shoes and roller skates at the studio entrance!
Class will start with a gentle whole body warm-up to get the energy flowin! Next we’ll break down the short and simple dance phrase & movement directions, and after practice the dance to a couple songs from the 70s all together! Class will end with a brief yet fun cool-down leaving your mind body and spirit feeling refreshed!
