Donation based Book Club/Community Gathering - The Let Them Theory by Mel Robbins

Step into a heart-centered space of reflection, release, and radical acceptance as we explore the teachings of The Let Them Theory by Mel Robbins. This gathering is more than a book discussion—it’s a class in surrender, empowerment, and inner freedom.

We’ll begin with a grounding meditation and gentle breathwork to connect to your truth, followed by sacred sharing, journaling prompts, and soulful discussion centered around the themes of the book: letting go of control, honoring your own path, and allowing others to walk theirs.

This is a space to be seen, supported, and reminded that peace comes when we stop forcing—and simply let them.

Whether you’ve read the book or just feel called to the message, all are welcome.

"All donations will go toward our Scholarship Fund, which helps provide yoga classes to underprivileged students. Contributions can be made on the day of the workshop—every dollar makes a difference!"
