Start summer with a splash!
Join us at the cabin with our super-scaley and super-science-y friends as we learn more about the strange and wonderful world of reptiles and amphibians! There will be live animal encounters, talks with handlers, information sessions for those looking to adopt a herp into their family, science displays, arts & crafts, hiking & canoeing, local food trucks, and more! There will be dozens and dozens of reptiles and amphibians including both exotic and native species to Georgia. Learn more about how we can advocate for these unique creatures and discover a new passion and some new friends—scaley or human!
Special alligator stickers (featured in our event art by artist @roguehorses) are available in our gift shop. Our resident baby alligator is Darth Gator. All proceeds from our special BCNC stickers go toward helping him and his fellow animal ambassadors.
NATIVE PLANT SALE with Cottage Garden Natives running all day! First-come, first serve: you must pay admission to access plant sale and other activities for the day.
