Do you find it hard to express yourself, start conversations, or connect with others?
Or do you feel awkward and anxious in social settings?
The secret to feeling confident with others lies in learning to genuinely care about the people around us – and meditation can help you do it.
On this half day course you can learn meditations and techniques to feel more confident in interacting with others.

WHAT TO EXPECT
These classes are based on Buddha’s teachings on the mind, but you do not need to be a Buddhist to attend, or to benefit from them. There is no physical exercise involved and you can choose to sit either in a chair or on a cushion. These classes are suitable for all levels of experience.

Registration starts at 9:30am. This course includes a vegan, wheat-free morning tea (we cannot guarantee gluten-free).
