The heart chakra is the energy centre of unconditional love, self-love, compassion, forgiveness, and divine connection.

Through gentle healing vibrations from sound and crystals, this sound bath will invite you to:

💚 Soften any walls around the heart and release emotional blockages
💚 Open yourself to more love of self and others
💚 Deepen the connection to your inner child and soul self
💚 Let go of past wounds with grace and compassion
💚 Feel safe to trust, feel, and be in your heart

This is a sacred and safe space for you to expand your heart and be deeply held in love.

Optional: Bring something symbolic that reminds you of love and wear soft pink or green if it feels aligned.

🧘‍♀️ Please bring a thick yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, bolster and anything else to make you as comfortable and cosy as possible.
