KHITZ 107.1 Season Opener Weekend - NHRA Hunison Gambler Race

The NHRA season opener presented by KHITZ 107.1 is here! Join us as we kick off the 2025 season at the fastest quarter-mile in Alaska!

The Green Light Grill and the High Octane Lounge will be open, as well as the gift shop with the newest ARP merchandise.

The spectator parking lot is free with admission. Spectator fence parking is available for a small fee, but no overnight parking is allowed. There is free camping in the regular spectator lot.

The rundown:
9 a.m. Pit Opens
10 a.m. Spectator Gates Open
11 a.m. Test and Tune
12 p.m. Qualifying starts, test and tune between qualifying rounds
1:45 p.m. Driver’s Meeting
2 p.m. Race Eliminations
5 p.m. Races End (end time is approximate)
